Delivery
Joseph Welch Jewellers offers free 2nd class recorded delivery on all UK orders. Non UK orders will be sent tracked and signed via Royal Mail. This will cost £10 or will be free on all orders over £85
Subject to availability all items ordered before 12noon will be dispatched the same or next working day.

Returns
If you wish to return an item this must be done within 21 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in an un-used condition and if applicable, with its original packaging. If your order contains any free gift, product or promotional item, returns will only be accepted if this is also returned in an unused condition. Sale items can only be returned for an exchange, unless faulty. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on certain products such as; earrings, gift vouchers, custom-made and made-to-order items.
Before returning an item please email us at Returns@Josephwelch.co.uk informing us of your intention and reason to return.
